BEHIND THE NUMBERS
These are not official league rankings. They offer an alternate way to view the results of league games using Elo ratings. The official rankings only consider average points per game without any other factors.
Elo considers who you played with, who you faced, and the margin of the result.
How ratings work
Everyone begins at 1500. Team strength is the average of the partners’ pregame Elo. Expected wins use the standard 400-point Elo scale.
For each game, K = 32 × (1 + winning margin / 15), capped at 64. Updates follow week order and then group and game order on the league scoresheets.
Every substitute appearance uses a fixed 1500 rating, even if the substitute is a known player. Those games do not affect the substitute’s own Elo or W–L.
